Seasoned Home Health Aide (Healthcare)

Traditions Home Health Services is currently seeking compassionate, skilled, reliable, and experienced seasoned Home Health Aide to be a companion with our client who resides in Boston. We are looking for a seasoned female aide who is familiar with the Mass. Ave area.
Ability to speak a second language a plus.

Monday, Wednesday, Friday 10a-2p

Job Description:
- Assist client with some care
- Assist with Household support: light housekeeping, laundry, dishes
- Encourage walking, exercising going outside for walks, local entertainment.
- Providing stimulating conversation
- Activities
- Encourage fluid intake, possible meal prep in accordance with orders/CarePlan
- Competently documenting shift activities frequently during the shift digitally using a smartphone
- Home Health Aide would report any concerns to the Traditions Home Health Services Office Support Team in a timely manner
