Trust Department Secretary (Administrative)
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database and presentation software.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively to customers or employees of organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, bonuses, etc.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
OTHER SKILLS
Displays creative thinking, not governed by conventional thinking, ability to excel in using available technology, must be extremely organized, possess strong adaptive skill, and able to multi-task well handling multiple projects at different stages simultaneously, must be a self-starter with strong verbal and written communication skills.
