We are currently seeking an Inventory Control Analyst at our Copley Service Center. The Inventory Control Analyst is responsible for maintaining optimal inventory levels in partnership with Supply Chain Management to meet customer demand. The analyst strategically places orders with key vendors while considering company cash flow, trouble shooting inventory issues and implementing reports to ensure accurate inventory management.
Routine requisitioning of the correct parts, in partnership with Supply Chain Management, to allow us to maintain the proper inventory levels to meet customer demand.
Assured Stock ProgramĀ® maintenance in with Customer Programs and Competitor Parts groups to ensure we meet contractual stocking obligations and not miss revenue-generating opportunities.
Works with company cash flow in mind as orders are strategically placed with key vendors.
Troubleshoots issues that impact inventory, analyzing and making corrections when needed.
Develops and implements reports for accurately managing inventory.
Aids in the development of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and relevant KPIs.
Supports team members, as needed for coverage, during high-volume periods.
Part of the larger team who executes annual inventory count and reconciles variances.
Will play a critical role on the team as we progress into VIS.net in 2025.
At least five years of inventory management experience in a warehouse setting.
Inventory management experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
Familiarity with accounting functions in manufacturing and/or warehouse environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent written, verbal, and analytical skills.
Strong organizational skills including the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment.
