What You'll Do
Assist in managing vehicle inventory ensuring that there are no used vehicles in
stock over 60 days
Collaborate with the General Manager to set forecast goals for total new and used
vehicle sales
Assist in conducting sales training
Monitor the dealership CSI practices
Utilize Dealer Track for the inventory profile for vehicles and ensure that it is up-to-date, and inventory is correct
Manage the reconditioning process by inspecting each vehicle for open campaigns,
ensuring that all vehicles have the proper pricing labels, and are accurately priced
Manage aged inventory control, touching all vehicles 2+ times per week
Understand and utilize advertising and promotion plans to sell vehicles
Manage wholesale and Bull Pen process with the General Manager
Ensure that all vehicles are priced correctly, and that pricing is current
Manage all showroom activity including running the desk, appraising trades, handling
dealer trades, and desking deals
Assist in hiring, developing, and training a quality sales force
