Government Cost Accounting Senior Manager - Express Scripts - Hybrid (Finance)
The Government Cost Accounting Sr. Manager provides expert content and professional leadership on complex Compliance assignments and projects. Monitors state and federal regulations and legislation and the preparation of compliance positions with respect to development of policy forms and guidelines for underwriting, finance and sales. Ensures compliance with state and federal laws and regulations. Manages the development and filing of policy forms to support compliance activities, new product development, and changes to existing products. Establishes and maintains contacts with regulatory agencies and other insurers. Exercises considerable creativity, foresight, and judgment in conceiving, planning, and delivering initiatives. Uses deep professional knowledge and acumen to advise functional leaders. Focuses on providing thought leadership within Compliance but works on broader projects, which require understanding of wider business. Recognized internally as a subject matter expert.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
