As the Associate Director, Social and Influencer Marketing for the unannounced title, you will be the driving force behind social media and influencer marketing - from announce, to launch, to rapid growth. This role will have a thought leadership position inside the organization, playing a key part in building the new game's brand.
The ideal candidate will have deep social media or influencer marketing experience at an agency or on the client side in the gaming, entertainment or consumer tech industries. They have proven success building a brand on social media by creating a social presence that is an audience magnet. They have built social and influencer programs that have resulted in an explosion of fandom by being relevant and compelling to broader audiences. This position requires an expert in digital marketing who is a proactive self-starter constantly looking to push the envelope with creative ideas to build and delight passionate player communities.

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $111,960.00 - $207,270.00 Annual. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location. Your Talent Professional can share this role's range details for your local geography during the hiring process. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed. While we strive to provide competitive offers to successful candidates, new hire compensation is negotiable.
