Recruiter II (Finance)
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
• Assist Managers in conduction needs analysis for open positions, outlining job requirements and variances.
• Create requisitions in Applicant Tracking System (ATS), review/screen resumes, disposition candidates, maintain accurate ATS records.
• Sources candidates using a variety of methods to fill positions; online databases, directories, cold calling, utilization of job boards and internal ATS building and maintaining pipeline of candidates.
• Evaluate employment factors such as job experience, education and training, skills, knowledge and abilities, physical and personal qualifications, and other data pertinent to classification, selection, and referral.
• Check references, arrange transportation of selected applicants, extend formal job offers, work with outside agencies and vendors, etc.
• Manage the onboarding process for new hires including but not limited to; extend offer letters, background and drug screenings, in-process through electronic onboarding system.
• The position will provide the highest level of customer service in addition to building and managing relationships with both customers and candidates on a continual basis.
• Work in concert with Capture and Proposal Managers to source, identify and confirm key personnel (according to the RFP/SOW) for all contract bids.
• May review the RFP/SOW relative to assignment details of the Bids & Proposals.
• Attend Kick-Off meetings for upcoming Proposals.
• Supporting contract awards and program transitions for both CONUS and OCONUS projects.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Marketing or related discipline (preferred)
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in full cycle recruiting within DOD and or other Government agencies.
• Preferred experienced in technical sourcing
• Preferred experience working with classified programs both CONUS/OCONUS
• Experience supporting proposal and capture initiatives as they relate to Recruiting.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
• Familiar with Federal SCA WD law as well as Federal and State Labor laws.
• Frequent use and general knowledge of industry recruiting practices, techniques, and standards.
• Thorough comprehension of internet job boards and Applicant Tracking Systems.
• General application of concepts, and principles.
• Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills while interfacing with various levels of IAP personnel, government agencies and the general public.
• Proven attention to detail.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment on a tactical level.
• Effective time management skills are required.
