Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Finance)
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for the Talent Acquisition Operations Department.
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is an integral part of the operations side of the Talent Acquisition team, providing essential support to both internal and external customers. Internally, this includes Talent Acquisition Advisors, managers, and employees, while externally, it involves candidates and third-party vendors.
This role demands a high level of commitment to Human Dignity, Craftsmanship, Stewardship, and Sensible Innovation. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is expected to provide guidance, fulfill requests, produce quality work, build customer trust, and continuously provide feedback supporting process improvement.
