What You Need to Know
Genesis Products is seeking an experienced 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician for our fabrication manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled professional responsible for preserving the condition and functionality of equipment and premises in a high-performance industrial environment.
Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate should possess:
- 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience
- Strong mechanical and pneumatic background
- Experience with European machinery (Homag, Steffani, Holtzma)
- Basic electrical knowledge (12VDC-460VAC systems)
- Proficiency in PLC programming and automation systems
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of Root Cause Analysis Process
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Capability to research and resolve equipment issues
- Physical ability to work in demanding conditions
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
