Global ERP Finished Goods Process Expert

Mars Inc. is undertaking a global transformation program to deliver a standard core of best practice processes and systems across its Enterprise and segment divisions. This role represents Snacking in the global ERP master data design and associated maintenance process design and technical deployment. The Global ERP Finished Goods Process Expert will work with Snacking business process leads and peer roles in other segments to design and deploy world-class End-to-End data solutions.

What are we looking for?

• BS, preferably, but necessarily, in Computer Science/Business InformationSystems/Engineering
• 3 or more years of functional or technical data experience
• Proven experience in ERP systems and product/material data management
• Experience with SAP S4 and Edge environments is a plus

What would be your key responsibilities?

• Serve as the global expert on product/material data management.
• Partner with Snacking regional PLM & product development teams to ensure clear understanding of global processes.
• Collaborate with representatives of other segments and Enterprise teams on product data design and related software decisions.
• Participate in solution design with cross-functional teams to ensure a clean core material data model.
• Accountable for the deployment of product/material data design and associated master data management solutions in global Snacking markets.
• Support local deployment teams to ensure consistent and successful deployment (go-live and stabilization).

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.The total compensation package for this position mayalso include other elements, if eligible, including variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Eligibility for these additional elements depend on the position offeredand the employee's work schedule (i.e., part-time schedule, store associate).
