Real Estate Specialist, Leasing (Legal)
SUMMARY
The Real Estate Specialist, Leasing role at Welltower supports our medical office operations by ensuring the accuracy and compliance of commercial lease documentation. This position is responsible for reviewing and verifying lease agreements, coordinating with legal teams to resolve outstanding issues, and liaising with external parties to facilitate execution. The Leasing Compliance Analyst will play a key role in supporting the leasing and operations teams with various tasks, including rent commencement letters and the tracking of key lease dates. With strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, this role ensures that all lease-related activities align with company standards and operational goals. This role can be in either our Dallas, TX or Toledo, OH office.
