Sr Product Manager, Vascualr (Healthcare)
This position can work remotely, but must be willing to come into any of our facilities, as needed.
A Senior Product Manager at TIDI Products is the entrepreneurial manager of a product or product portfolio, with the goals of driving revenue, market share, customer satisfaction and increased profitability. The senior product manager is responsible for managing the product life cycle from ideation to end-of-life and is accountable for virtually all aspects of the business without having direct authority over the resources required to deliver results.
In this role, you will lead the strategy for the securement devices portfolio within our vascular solutions category. Your primary goal will be focused on developing and executing the product strategy in the acute setting and consumer engagement in the home care space. You will build this marketing strategy with a heavy focus on market research and analysis of market and customer data, while identifying meaningful and actionable insights, and related strategies and action plans. An ability to influence and build relationships with cross-functional teams will be an important aspect of this role.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Marketing strategy
a. Lead and develop consumer strategy, product positioning and consumer messaging to resonate with all key constituents
b. Lead market analysis, customer and competitive data, identify meaningful and actionable insights, related strategies and action plans
c. Create and drive execution of marketing/communication programs based on the product positioning and targets. This includes web presence, in-service programs, training, advertising, customer promotions, sampling, KOL programs, and product promotions
Leads internal and external resources to execute with excellence.
Conducts post-mortem on key programs and projects to ensure learning.
d. Collaborate with the sales, customers and marketing communications to ensure alignment on all go-to market strategies
e. Be considered the subject matter expert to caregivers/end-customers, including what they value and how we can best communicate with them to drive desired behaviors.
f. Build and continuously update a collection of insights from key constituencies that can be used to help shape strategy and action plans.
g. Develop and execute management system to drive cross functional alignment
2. Customer Focus
a. Understand clinicians and home users expectations for the products and the solutions they seek.
b. Develop, execute, and analyze voice of customer for current product categories
c. Meet the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers.
d. Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external customers.
3. Business Acumen
a. Analyze sales data and trends and makes recommendations for action
b. Develop and manage the budgetary and forecasting processes
c. Review and report on performance indicators
d. Manage projects end-to-end
e. Develop and manage messaging strategy

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors degree in Marketing or related disciplineMinimum of 5 years of product and/or marketing management related experience, preferably with consumer engagement experience related to home use medical devices.Strong financial skills plus business acumenResults drivenAttention to detailExcellent analytical and strategic planning skillsExcellent time management and organizational skillsCommunicate effectively with internal and external customersCommitment to company valuesProficient with Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, Power PointTravel approximately 20% of the timeAbility to achieve credentialing through Vendormate

Estimated starting annual base salary pay ranges is $110,000.00 - 130,000.00, less applicable withholdings and deductions, paid on a bi-weekly basis. Please note that the actual compensation offered may vary based on relevant factors as determined by the Company, which may include, but is not limited to, location, experience, qualifications, education, skillset, and market conditions. The target base compensation for this role is in the low to middle of the range, with the top of the range reserved for only exceptional circumstances.
