Manager, Technical Training (Finance)
The Nuts and Bolts
• Work with departmental leadership to plan and execute training efforts to ensure readiness of shifts to meet production goals
• Facilitate, administer, and execute training plans and curriculum that align with business objectives
• Conduct skills gap analyses of training needs to support Team Member Skill Development
• Develop technical training courses for all levels (beginner, intermediate, and advanced) covering specific topics including workstation best practices, safety, and product training among others
• Review, interpret, and explain documents such as technical data, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, standard operating procedures and work instructions
• Interface with departmental leadership, trainees, and vendors to evaluate training performance and capture feedback to ensure training effectiveness, continuously improving training processes
• Provide regular written and verbal communication and reporting such as training program status reports, progress reports, and documentation to management and business partners
• Implement and develop training aids based on the needs of the facilities
• Partner closely with Human Resources , Quality, EHS, and Operations leadership on new team member orientation and onboarding activities for new-in-role team members
• Promote, understand, and strictly adhere to all safety, environmental, and quality guidelines without deviation
• Design, prepare, and produce educational aids and materials
• Maintain updated training records, including digital training documentation and visual training matrices
Required Credentials
• 5+ years of experience in training roles with progressive responsibility
• Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Manufacturing experience strongly preferred
