Job Title: Associate Manager, PX Excellence
Reports to: Sr. Director, PX Excellence
Location: Goleta, CA
The Role
The Associate Manager, PX Excellence will be responsible for managing global PX programs and projects, ensuring their successful execution and alignment with company goals. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams, PX leadership, and external partners to oversee PX initiatives from inception to completion. The role demands an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong project management skills, and has a passion for driving positive change within an organization.
Additionally, the Associate Manager, PX Excellence provides comprehensive support to the Chief People Officer and the broader PX team, acting as a "hub" ensuring the smooth functioning and efficient operations of the broader team. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with the ability to juggle various tasks, anticipate needs, and build strong working relationships across departments.
