The Quality Programs Customer Support will provide support to projects primarily within the National Radiology Data Registry (NRDR). NRDR is a suite of 5-10 clinical registries covering most current imaging modalities with over 4000 participating sites and 200 million exam records. The primary area of focus for this position is to support users at participating NRDR sites by fielding user issues through phone and email and acting as the first line help staff. Other responsibilities include providing support for committee members in expanding and improving existing registry tools. The QP Assistant will work directly with clinician members as well as across departments to develop user documents, guides, videos, webinars and other tools to promote participation in, and improve usability of, the NRDR registry portal.

This position will work fully remote, but must work East Coast hours (8:30a - 5:00p). When working remotely, you must be self-motivated, possess excellent time management skills, and be highly organized in an environment where shifting priorities are the norm. ACR's goal is to pay competitively and equitably. It is typical for individuals to be hired in the entry to middle of the range for their role, and compensation decisions depend on each case's circumstances. Full-time employees work a 37.5 hour work week, for a total of 1950 hours annually, furthering our commitment to a healthy work-life balance. A reasonable estimate of the hourly compensation range is $21.00–$28.00.
