Job Summary:
This role on site in our Denver, Colorado plant will lead by example; uphold current and establish new safety standards, monitor, and audit safety in the workplace, communicating with and coaching employees on all aspects of safe work practices as a top priority. A key aspect of this role is to provide effective leadership, communication, and inspiration to achieve ultimate operational objectives. This role is perfect for an individual who approaches their work professionally, loves to be a part of a team, and wants to help us get better every day.
As Production Supervisor, you will oversee and plan the general production flow and lead times as well as material inventory control and optimization of our engineered products assembly department. You will supervise and train personnel in the operations during the shift in a manner consistent with overall Company policies and procedures. You will lead Continuous Improvement efforts throughout the department looking to identify areas of improvement and efficiencies.
