We are seeking a fast-paced, detail-oriented Property Inspector to join our team and ensure our vacation rental properties meet the highest standards of quality and functionality. As a Property Inspector, you will evaluate properties for compliance with company standards, inspect commonly used items such as remote controls, drawers, door handles, and faucets to confirm they are in working order, and verify that all promised guest amenities are present. In some cases, you may be required to perform minor maintenance repairs and cleaning during inspections. Larger issues and important findings will be communicated to the appropriate departments upon completion of your inspection.
