Cirriculum Designer (Education)
Design and implement high-impact curricula tailored to staff roles and needs.
Develop training across delivery methods: in-person, virtual, and hybrid.
Produce multimedia-rich, interactive learning content that's engaging and effective.
Infuse diversity, equity, and inclusion principles into all training materials.
Measure the impact of learning programs and continuously refine for improvement.
Stay current with trends in instructional design and nonprofit learning strategy.
Who You Are
A seasoned instructional or curriculum designer (3-5 years experience).
A strategic thinker with a passion for adult learning and equity.
Technically skilled with tools like Articulate, Captivate, and LMS platforms.
A collaborative team player with strong communication skills.
Experienced in nonprofit or mission-driven environments (a plus).
Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred); certifications in training/ID a bonus.

This position requires approximately 25% travel.
Reliable transportation is required. (Valid driver's license and auto insurance required if driving).
Hybrid/onsite work expected (office located in Sacramento, CA).
