Customer Success Manager (Creative Design)
This position is also plans,coordinates, and executes all sales efforts to achieve maximum market share, while maintaining a professional relationship with all existing K-12 customers.

Be the voice of the customer for accounts with the goal of fostering both revenues and customer satisfaction.
Own the entire technical sales process, from cradle to grave with specific attention to:
Meeting with existing K-12 customers to identify their needs, demo our devices and propose solutions to ensure a smooth sales process Developing proposals and submit quotes through computer software
Maintains professional and technical knowledge of product. Meet sales revenue goals (if set) May need to research and execute on local requirements for government sales. Support marketing by participating in trade shows and maintaining a CRM database of leads. Work with third party distributors to force multiply in designated market or territory. Must be comfortable speaking in front of large groups and other speaking engagements.
Working Conditions
This job operates primarily in an office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
