Summary - basic function of the role
This job description defines the responsibilities and contributions of a Customer Service Representative for inter-company orders placed into our Antigo, WI facility. Reporting to the Value Stream Manager, this position contributes to the business by providing exceptional customer service, support and order follow up.
Shift: Monday - Friday; 7 - 3 pm or 8 - 4:00 pm; flexible

Skills and Competencies
Education and Experience
HS Diploma or GED preferred.
Knowledge or exposure to Oracle is preferred.
Experience or high exposure to industrial products is preferred
Physical Demands
Employees will have to be able to walk/climb to a variety of primary work locations. Employees will need to listen, understand, and speak with team members in person, telephonically, and electronically at all levels within a diverse workforce and with supported organizations. Employee is able to work in front of a personal computer and telephone for long periods of time.
