Insurance Client Service Representative (Administrative)
The Insurance CSR will be familiar with all EIS insurance lines and will be primarily responsible for the Property & Casualty product area.
Analytical Skills:
Demonstrate an aptitude for billing, figures and calculations.
Strict attention to detail and a high level of organization.
Ability to understand complex coverage information and underwriting guidelines.
Ability to understand a wide range of products and their specific uses.
Ability to analyze data and information.
Technical Skills:
General office computer and insurance industry software proficiency is required. Ability to learn and use multiple software tools are essential.
Ability to learn multiple carriers product lines, guidelines, and navigate their different websites and procedures.
